What is the ExecOnline Competency Framework?
Overview
The ExecOnline Competency Framework details 44 leadership competencies allows organizations to connect their own frameworks to our product portfolio. It is built around four competency clusters:
Leading Self - Competencies related understanding, managing and motivating yourself
Leading Others - Competencies related to working with or formally leading others
Leading the Business - Competencies related to setting business strategy and executing effectively against it
Leading for the Future - Competencies related to thinking ahead and positioning the organization for long-term success
