License Management in AdminStudio gives you full visibility into the licenses you have in use (activated), how many you have allocated, and how many remain to be assigned. License management extends you the control and flexibility you need to maximize the value of your ExecOnline product licenses.

The Products page in AdminStudio lets you manage the Product Licenses purchased by your organization. It also highlights some key utilization insights; you will be able to:

• View an overall summary of all Product Licenses purchased, activated and available for your organization

• View the up-to-date commercial and utilization details of each Product License, including past, current and future licenses

• Receive license insights based on the up-to-date utilization details

Allocate Product Licenses for Collections, Participants and Groups

License management and provisioning licenses to participants is seamlessly accomplished in the natural workflow for building and sharing a Learning Collection; you will be able to:

• Focus on your talent objectives by choosing a Product License to associate with each Learning Collection

• Maximize each Learning Collection by featuring all types of programs included with the chosen Product License

• Allocate the chosen Product License to participants and/or groups by using one of the available onboarding options:

  • Copying a Collection Share URL or Program Deep Link to provide to participants off-platform

  • Directly inviting participants and/or groups using a scheduled invitation sent by the platform

  • Directly allocating a license to one or more participants or groups

Product Licenses and Collections

Your Product License determines the types of programs that you can include in your Learning Collection. When creating a Learning Collection the administrator (author) chooses the type of Product License to use for the collection, from license options including:

Essentials

Premium with Advanced Leader Programs

Premium with Coaching

VIP

The Product License chosen for a Learning Collection determines the type(s) of programs that can be included.

• On-Demand Learning programs are self-paced and can be started/finished any time within the Product License dates.

• Advanced Leader Programs are faculty-led and scheduled for 5 “runs” per year, including live virtual events.

• Coaching programs require scheduling one or more sessions based on the calendar availability of the coach and participant.
